For the summer jam, wash the fruit, cut the apricots and peaches into small pieces, put them in a large pot with the cherries and strawberries and puree with a blender.

Add lemon juice and preserving sugar.

Bring to a boil and simmer until bubbly, 6 minutes. Pour the summer jam into clean screw-top jars and seal tightly.
