Instructions:

Sift the flour with the baking powder into a suitable bowl. Add salt, softened butter, egg and whipped cream and knead with your hands until a smooth dough forms.

For the filling, finely dice the ham. Clean the onions, rinse and cut into fine rings. Cut the zucchini into small cubes.

Clean, rinse and finely dice the peppers. Heat clarified butter in a frying pan and sauté onions, diced zucchini and peppers, season lightly with salt, season with pepper and transfer to a suitable bowl. Stir in the ham. Mix curd cheese, sour eggs, whipped cream, salt and pepper, add and mix carefully.

Roll out the dough to about 3 mm thick and line a shallow tart pan (26 cm diameter) with it. Pour in the filling and smooth it down. Place the tart on the oven rack on the lower shelf in the oven heated to 200 °C °C (gas mark 3, convection oven 170 °C °C) and bake for about 45 minutes.

Serve with salad and a slightly chilled, moderate red wine.
