Instructions:

Rinse cooled redfish fillets and dry.

Peel onions, quarter and cut into strips. Cut bacon into cubes, heat oil and fry bacon cubes in it.

Add onion strips, sauté well, season with salt, bell pepper and paprika and cook in closed saucepan for about 5 minutes until soft.

Fold in crème fraîche and season with salt, bell pepper and paprika.

Drizzle fish fillets with juice of one lemon, sprinkle with salt, bell pepper and paprika and place on top of onion vegetables.

Cook in a closed pot for about 10 minutes. Turn the fish fillets once on the other side.

Our tip: Use a deliciously spicy bacon for a delicious touch!
