For the zucchini cordon bleu, cut 8 slices from a large zucchini, about 1 cm thick.

You should take young zucchini, because then you can leave the core. These slices are now salted and put aside.

For the filling, prepare 8 pieces of ham leaves of the same size or cut round or folded (to the size of the zucchini slices) and 4 slices of cheese of the same size.

Now dry the salted zucchini slices with kitchen paper and cover half of them with ham-cheese-ham.

Place the second piece of zucchini on top of each and coat in flour, egg and breadcrumbs mixed with a little vegeta with chili.

Fry floating in hot oil, drain on paper towels and serve immediately.
