Lettuce and lemon balm

Drain pineapple and collect juice. Stir through seasoning marinade, 2 tbsp warm water, 6 tbsp pineapple juice and 1 tbsp oil. Dice the turkey breasts and steep in the marinade for half an hour. Cut the pineapple rings, except for two, into 6 pieces each. Roll up the bacon and drain the meat a little. Alternate the meat the pineapple pieces and the breakfast bacon on 12 skewers +stick. Coat the grease pan of the oven with oil and place the skewers on it. Drizzle the skewers with the rest of the oil. Roast the kebabs at 200 degrees for 20 minutes. After 10 min turn the skewers once to the other side. Garnish the kebabs with pineapple, lettuce and lemon balm.
