Orange Stars

Prepare shortcrust pastry as in the basic recipe. Cut out stars. Bake at approx. 180 degrees for approx. 15 minutes. Spread orange marmalade on one cookie at a time. Place a second cookie on top of the one coated with marmeldae. Spread with glaze of your choice and sprinkle orange zest or grated orange peel.
