Cut the rolled out puff pastry into triangular pieces. In a bowl, mix Bresso cherry tomatoes & chili mild with yogurt to a cream. Cut the leek into fine rings and stir in together with the ham cubes.1 tablespoon of the cream on each of the dough triangles and spread thinly.Leave a small border all around. Roll up the dough from the wide end to the tip and shape into croissants. Spread thinly with beaten yolk and sprinkle with sesame seeds. Place the croissants on a baking tray lined with baking paper and bake in a preheated oven at 175°C for about 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
