For the garlic cheese soup in butter, sweat the finely chopped onion and garlic, add the flour and brown briefly. Then pour in the beef broth and mix well.

Let simmer for 10 minutes add the eckerl cheese and stir. Finally, add sour cream and garlic.

Serve with diced white bread toasted in butter and garlic.
