For the spelt flake porridge with fruit, bring milk and water to a boil and add the spelt flakes.
Cook until the liquid has almost completely disappeared. Remove from heat and let cool slightly.
Peel and core the apple, cut into small pieces and cook in a little water. Mash or crush with a fork.
Peel the banana and mash it with a fork. Serve the spelt flake porridge mixed with the fruit.
