Rinse the zucchini piece, perhaps cut the end small, cut in half lengthwise and slightly hollow out. Peel shallot and garlic and chop both. Rinse parsley, shake dry, chop leaves finely.

Mix the cream cheese with the shallot, garlic and parsley, season with salt and freshly ground pepper. Spread the seasoned cream cheese thickly on the cut surface of the zucchini.

Tip: If you want it to go even faster, just use ready-seasoned cream cheese for the filling.

Our tip: Zucchini are tender in taste and therefore also well suited for children.
