Instructions:

For the nut cookies, quickly prepare a dough from flour, butter, sugar, nuts and salt, wrap it in plastic wrap and let it rest for 1 hour.

Roll out to a thickness of about 3 mm, cut out any desired shapes and bake in a preheated oven at 190° for about 10 minutes until light. Warm the nougat and put 2 cookies together with it.
