Try this delicious cake recipe:

Stir through milk, egg and salt and fold in flour by tablespoonfuls. In a frying pan, toast four large crepes in oil. Do not brown. Melt butter. Sauté shallots, scallops and salmon in it. Add shrimp and parsley and sauté as well. Pour the béchamel sauce over it. Mix everything well. Season to taste with salt and freshly ground pepper. Pour onto the crêpes and roll up. Place the crêpes one after the other in a buttered ovenproof dish, sprinkle with Parmesan and season with freshly ground pepper. Bake in oven heated to 200 degrees for 10 to 15 minutes and serve hot.
