For the shortbread cookies, spread flour and sugar with a pinch of salt on the work surface. Thea cut into small cubes and spread on top.

Beat an egg in the middle and knead everything, preferably with gloves, until a dough is formed. Place in the refrigerator for 1-2 hours.

Roll out the dough on a floured work surface and cut out cookies. Bake at 180 °C for 7-10 minutes.
