Instructions:

Preparation : Strawberries rinse, drain properly, hull and put to cool. Finely grate pumpernickel, fry in a frying pan and leave to cool. To prepare the sauce: mix crème fraîche, cow’s milk, honey and grain. Arrange the strawberries in 4 dessert bowls, pour the sauce over the strawberries and sprinkle with the crumbs.
