Carrots in Orange Juice

Cut the cleaned carrots into thin slices and fry them in the heated butter. Extinguish with orange juice and add honey and ginger powder.

Meanwhile, simmer over low heat until the carrots are cooked. Season again.

Serve with grilled meat and mandarin long grain rice.
