Taken and varied from Greek cuisine * Fry sesame seeds in a dry frying pan * Mix juice of one lemon with sesame seeds and pepper * Dice feta cheese * Grate fennel finely * Chop olives and mint * Mix all ingredients and put in vessel and fill with olive oil * Cover with foil.

As a vessel is suitable, for example, a small terracotta dish. Can be kept refrigerated for about a week.

Tip: Always use organic lemons for cooking, if possible!
