Season salmon fillets, roast in the butter at moderate heat. Add all the ingredients and roast the salmon in the spices. Remove salmon from the roasting pan and extinguish the spices with a good dash of juice from a lemon. Add chervil and all together over the dressed salmon fillets form.

Vegetables: e.g. Italian carrot vegetables with Parma ham strips and chopped parsley.

Satisfying side dish: wild rice pancakes.

Grate the potatoes into a large enough bowl and add all the ingredients listed. Mix and roast small pancakes in hot oil.
