For the cod fillet with basil and mixed vegetables, defrost the fish fillets. Squeeze lemon, salt fish fillets and sprinkle with lemon juice.

Coat the fillets in flour, heat oil in a pan and sear the fillets on both sides. Put 2 leaves of basil on each fillet and let them cook in the pan for a short time.

Boil the mixed vegetables in salted water for about 10 minutes until soft, strain and season with salt and pepper.

Arrange the cod fillet with basil and mixed vegetables and serve.
