Have fun preparing this mushroom dish!

Cut the vegetable onion into slices and brown in butter together with the mushrooms. Put the raw turkey cutlets in a gratin dish, season with pepper and carefully season with salt, as the onion soup will add spice. Put the mushrooms and onions on top of the meat, sprinkle the onion soup powder on top and fill up with whipped cream so that the meat, mushrooms and onions are covered. Cook in the oven at 220 °C for 30 minutes. Then sprinkle with grated cheese and bake for another 30 minutes.

To my taste, long grain rice is the best dish to serve with this dish. Bon appétit!
