Instructions:

For vegetarian sausages, sauté onion, mushrooms and bell bell pepper in a little oil for 5 minutes until soft.

Mash beans, mix with vegetable mixture, bread crumbs, cheese herbs and egg yolk. Add salt and pepper.

Form sausages and roll in seasoned flour. Let rest in refrigerator for 30 minutes.

Then fry vegetarian sausages in hot hot fat and serve.
