Instructions:

For the pot dumplings, stir everything together except the egg whites and leave to set for 2 hours.

Beat egg whites until stiff, stir in, boil in lightly simmering water, do not put the pot lid all the way on, keep turning and boil for 10- 15 minutes.

Carefully toast butter with breadcrumbs and vanilla sugar and then roll the pot dumplings in it.
