Preheat the oven to 220 °C.

In the boiling milk add butter (I), a little salt and nutmeg form, mix in the semolina. Let it rise on low heat. Remove from heat and fold in a spoonful of grated Parmesan cheese and the egg yolks. Spread the mixture finger-thick on a greased baking sheet.

When completely cooled, cut out round slices with a small cookie cutter, place the pieces in a greased gratini bowl, sprinkle with grated Parmesan, pour melted butter (Ii) over them and bake in the oven at 220 degrees for 15 min until golden.
