Pasta dishes are always a good idea!

Put flour in a large enough bowl and pour the water into a bulge in the middle. Mix to form a dough. Knead dough on a floured board until smooth and elastic. Divide into 14 portions. Roll out one unit into a 10 cm circle. Brush thinly with sesame oil. Roll out a second unit in the same way, lay the two pancakes on top of each other so that the sesame oil is in the center. Then roll out both together to a pancake of 15 cm ΓΈ. Prepare six more pancakes in the same way. Heat a large frying pan over low heat without oil and toast the double pancakes, turning once, so that each one cooks on one side. Shake frying pan constantly so that the pancakes do not stick. The temperature should not be too high. Take finished pancakes apart and fold each one twice. Cover with a wet dish and keep warm.
