A simple but delicious cake recipe:
Peel the onions and cut them into small cubes. Clean the liver, skin it, dab it with cake paper, cut it into centimeter thick strips, season with the spice mixture and the marjoram. Sauté the onions in the hot butter/light butter until soft, add the liver strips and roast until they are gray on all sides. Remove.
Add a quarter of a liter of water to the roasting liquid, stir in the gravy, bring to the boil and season with 1 tbsp. wine vinegar and 1 pinch of sugar.
fraîche to taste. You can also garnish with a slice of orange.
