Put the room-warm butter into a sufficiently spacious bowl and beat with a hand mixer until very fluffy.

Finely dice the garlic, finely chop the herbs and stir both into the butter. Season with salt and pepper, season to taste and fill into a pastry bag with a star-shaped nozzle.

Place rosettes of approx. 3 cm in diameter on baking paper and chill for approx. 30 minutes.
