Preheat oven according to package instructions (220 °C top/bottom heat).
Roll out the dough, cut in half and press the edges together a little to form two boats.
Refine the sugo with spices as desired and divide it between the two boats.
Wash broccoli, divide into small florets and divide between the two boats. Divide bacon cubes as well, season with salt, pepper, etc.
Beat one egg and brush the edges with it.
Bake for about 12 to 15 minutes – edges should be golden.
