For the stuffed peaches, first preheat the oven to 180 °C.
Then knead a firm dough from flour, butter, sugar, baking powder and the 2 eggs and form small balls from it and place them on a tray with baking paper (all balls should be the same size). Bake them until they are light brown.
Remove the finished balls from the oven and let them cool briefly.
Then carefully scrape out the underside with a spoon. Save the crumbs for the filling.
For the filling, first cream the butter with the sugar and cocoa powder. Add the crumbs set aside and the liqueur and mix until smooth.
Assemble 2 cookies at a time with the filling, creating the shape of a peach.
Mix some food coloring with a little milk or water and turn the cookies in it. Then turn the filled peaches in the coarse sugar.
