For the pumpkin pie, beat eggs, butter and sugar with a hand mixer until fluffy. Add salt, cloves, grated pumpkin, lemon juice and ground pumpkin seeds.

Last, stir in the flour mixed with baking powder. Grease a cake pan and fill with the batter, smooth it out and bake slowly at about 180 degrees. It takes about 50 minutes, then do the test with chopsticks.

When the cake is ready, turn out onto a rack, heat the jam in the microwave and spread hot on the hot cake. When the cake has cooled, glaze with chocolate.
