For the vegetable potatoes, cut the cooked potatoes into slices. Heat olive oil in a pan and fry the potatoes in it. Chop the onion and garlic.

Wash the zucchini and bell bell pepper and cut them into pieces. Add the vegetables to the potatoes and fry them for a while.

Add fresh rosemary sprigs, chopped chives, salt, pepper and cumin.
