Put the butter in the frying pan and heat. Fry the slices of Kassler on both sides, then pineapple and cheese on top. Put the lid on and cook for about 2 minutes at low temperature until the cheese starts to melt. In a separate frying pan, fry the onion rings in butter until crispy. Form on the cheese. Serve with hash browns and carrot salad.
