For the Hungarian salad, boil and peel potatoes. Wash and seed the peppers, wash the tomatoes and peel off the skin.
Cut the peppers, tomatoes, salami, Emmental cheese and the potatoes into strips or slices. Mix oil, vinegar, onion, pepper, salt and chili sauce to a marinade.
Pour the marinade over the salad, mix it loosely and let the Hungarian salad soak well.
