For the quick chocolate tartlets, cream the butter with honey and eggs. Add grated chocolate, lemon zest and baking powder. Finely grind the wheat and add it to the batter as well.

Gradually add the milk to the baking bowl, stirring all the ingredients well.

Fill the paper cups halfway with batter and place on a baking sheet.

Put the baking tray on the middle shelf of the cold oven and bake the quick chocolate tartlets at 200 degrees for about 20 to 25 minutes.
