Roll out the dough and prick with a fork to avoid bubbles. Boil milk, stir with flour and a little bit of water. Cover the dough with the flour slurry. Spread the peeled apples, cut into chunks and sugared for a night, evenly on top. Mix egg, cinnamon, sour cream or crème fraiche and whipped cream and cover the cake with it.

Bake at 200 °C for 1/2 hour.
