Stir cream cheese with wasabi, lime juice and lime zest.
Season with salt.
Remove the crust from the toast slices, spread with the wasabi cream cheese and sprinkle with chives. Place the cooked ham on 4 slices of bread, place remaining slices of toast on top. Press together well. Cut sandwiches in half crosswise – makes 8 triangles.
Our tip: Always use fresh chives if possible!
