For the pork medallions, chop the onion, cut the leeks into rings and the carrots into sticks. Fry the onion in melted margarine, add the other vegetables and fry.

Season, add cream and let it boil down. Prepare the medallions, season and fry on both sides. Place on a baking tray, spread with vegetable mixture and sprinkle with cheese.

Bake in the oven at 200 degrees for about 15 minutes. Serve with any garnish.
