First, melt the margarine, finely chop the onion, fry it until translucent and set aside.
Put the bread cubes in a bowl and pour the oat milk over them and let them rest for about 5 minutes.
Knead the softened bread cubes together, then add the parsley and the glazed onion along with the rest of the melted margarine and knead again.
Add the tbsp. tamari, a little salt and pepper and knead well one last time. Depending on the desired consistency, you can add more liquid or flour.
Form the mixture into dumplings and cook in lightly salted water until done.
For the lentils, finely chop the onion and garlic and fry them in a tablespoon of melted margarine. Add the lentils together with the desired liquid and let it boil down.
Season to taste with cayenne pepper, ground cumin, salt and pepper and serve.
