Take a white cabbage and boil it. Then take 500g of minced meat, 3 onions cut into small pieces, 1 package of diced bacon, 3 tablespoons of mustard, 3 tablespoons of olive oil, 3 gherkins cut into very small pieces, 3 eggs, pepper and salt. Mix the ingredients and remove the leaves from the boiled cabbage one by one and put them aside. Now form the minced mixture into balls, then wrap the cabbage leaves around. Wrap with roulade string. Braise the whole thing in a casserole on all sides. Then add water and cook for another hour. Remove cabbage roulades, thicken sauce with white sauce thickener and season again with salt and pepper. Put the cabbage roulades back in and let them stand for another 15 minutes. Serve with boiled potatoes. Enjoy your meal.
