For the plum tiramisu, place the dried plums and cloves in a bowl, pour the plum wine over them, seal and leave to soak overnight.

The next day, drain the plum wine, remove the cloves and finely puree the plums with a blender. Crumble the cookies and put first a layer of cookie crumbs in 4 tall glasses, spread some damson puree on top and cover with vanilla yogurt. Once again pour in crumbs, puree and yogurt.

Sprinkle some cookie crumbs on the last layer of yogurt. Cut the two plums into small cubes. Pour the drained plum wine into a small saucepan, mix with cornstarch and lemon juice and bring to a boil while stirring.

Boil for 1 minute until the juice runs clear, then add the diced plums and divide among the glasses while still warm as a finishing touch.

Allow the plum tiramisu to infuse for a few hours in the refrigerator.
