For the chocolate sticks, mix all ingredients well and fill into a piping bag. Use the bag to pipe stangerln onto the baking paper and bake at 150°C for a maximum of 10 minutes.

After cooling, put two chocolate stangerls together with apricot jam and dip a tip in chocolate icing.
