A delicious fish recipe for any occasion!

For the filling, rinse cucumber, remove peel, cut in half lengthwise, remove seeds with a tsp. Cut cucumber into small cubes. Melt fat on 2 or automatic hotplate 4-5, steam cucumber in it for 5 min until soft. Stir in shrimps and finely chopped dill, season strongly with salt and freshly ground pepper, keep warm.

Rinse the plaice, cut the light side lengthwise in the middle with a sharp kitchen knife and loosen a little bit towards the sides. Sprinkle the plaice with the juice of one lemon, season with salt and pepper, turn the plaice over in flour and fry in hot fat in a frying pan on 2 or automatic cooking plate 8-9 for about 4 minutes on each side.

Fill the cut sides of the plaice with the cucumber and shrimp mixture and serve on the spot.

Serve with fried potatoes.
