For the pig’s ears with marzipan, roll out the marzipan thinly. It should be the same size as the puff pastry.

Unroll the puff pastry, place the marzipan on top and roll up tightly from both long sides.

Cut into 1 cm wide strips, place on wrapping paper, brush with egg and bake for about 10 minutes until golden brown.

Serve the pig’s ears with marzipan.
