For the Mandarin Kinderbowle, first peel the citrus fruit so thinly that the white inner peel is not included. Then cut the peels into fine strips.

Squeeze out the juice.

Pour this into the punch bowl with the peels and the tangerines, including the juice. Add the elder syrup and a pinch of cinnamon and chill for 30 minutes.

Pour the orange lemonade over the tangerine punch and pour it through a tea strainer into glasses, so that the citrus peels are not in the glasses.
