Remove two slices from the middle of the oranges. From the rest, either remove the flesh with the skin and chop – or squeeze the oranges. Stir the pulp or juice with the juice of one lemon, sugar and yogurt. Fold in stiffly beaten snow. Fill the creamy mixture into an oblong mold and place in the freezer for 2 hours to set.

Cut into slices and arrange with orange slices. Sprinkle one half with macaroons, the other with finely sliced Yogurette slices.
