For the pear-passion fruit jam, wash the pears, remove the core and cut into small pieces. Mix the pear pieces with the zircon juice, the sugar and the passion fruit juice and leave to infuse overnight.

The next day, bring the infused mixture to a boil, boil for 5 minutes and immediately pour into prepared jars. Close tightly.
