For the scalloped cheese-ham pasta, cook the spirals in salted water until al dente and strain. Chop the ham and the chives and mix well with 150 g of grated cheese.
Mix this mixture with the spirals and add 100 g of sour cream. Season with salt and pepper.
Preheat the oven to 200 °C top and bottom heat. Grease a baking dish with butter and pour in the pasta-sausage mixture.
Spread the remaining sour cream in blobs on top and top with the remaining cheese. Bake the cheese-ham pasta for about 20 minutes.
