For the pasta with shrimps and cocktail tomatoes, strain the shrimps. Collect a little of the oil.
Wash and halve the cocktail tomatoes. Fry the shrimps well in the collected oil. Deglaze with a small shot of white wine.
Let it simmer for a while. Add the tomato halves. Season with cumin, lemongrass, ginger and salt.
After a few minutes, pour in Rama Cuisine and simmer well. Now stir in the cooked pasta.
Serve the pasta with shrimps and cocktail tomatoes.
