Instructions:

For the bell pepper tart, mix the flour, salt and butter until crumbly. Add the water, knead a dough and chill. Preheat the oven to 200 °C/ hot air.

Cut the peppers and chilies in half, press the garlic and mix it with the olive oil. Place the peppers and chilies cut-side down on a baking sheet and brush with the garlic oil.

Broil in the oven for about 20 minutes until brown bubbles form. Let cool and cut into thin strips. Roll out the dough and line a quiche dish with it. Spread peppers and chili on top.

Mix milk, eggs, basil and spices and spread evenly on the lined tart base. Spread the cheese on top and bake at 200° / hot air for another 20 minutes until the tart is golden brown.
