For the pasta salad with salmon, cook the pasta al dente. Drain, cool and drain properly.
Cook the lentils according to the package instructions and strain.
Blanch the tomatoes, skin, quarter, stone and dice. Wash the dill, spin dry, pluck the tips from the stems and chop finely. Wash the celery and chop into very fine slices. Cut the salmon into strips.
Now mix all the ingredients together in a bowl.
For the dressing, mix yogurt, mustard, honey and vinegar. Mix in the dill, season with pepper and salt.
Pour the dressing over the pasta salad with salmon and mix thoroughly.
Leave to infuse for about half an hour and serve at room temperature!
