Instructions:

Goose with baked apple, red cabbage, baked fruit sauce & potato dumplings

Rinse and dry goose , season inside and out with salt , season with pepper , sprinkle with mugwort , preheat stove to 220 degrees.

Peel , quarter , core apples , fill poultry with 750 g of them , sew up , rinse , clean , chop greens , add to roasting pan with 3/4 liter of water.
