Instructions:

First, sauté the finely chopped onion in butter and deglaze with the soup. Simmer for about 10 minutes. Puree the sauce if necessary.

Now stir in the crushed pepper and the whipped cream and let it boil down over low heat until it has the right consistency. Do not forget to stir the pepper sauce again and again.

Serve the sauce as a garnish.
